Bob little

Managing Director
Bob started his working career at the steel works in 1961 training as a fitter turner, then training apprentices in the skills he had acquired.

He later joined the team involved with blast furnace relines and ended his career in the steel industry working on the new blast furnace at Redcar in 1981.

Bob attended Teesside University and completed his Diploma in Management Studies.

His desire was to become self employed within the financial services industry but realised to give good advice not driven by commission he needed some cash behind him to support his family. He went to Saudi Arabia working as a planning engineer for 3 years.

Bob went onto work with Abbey Life as a tied agent in November 1985, and in May 1989 started working for Guardian Royal Exchange as a tied agent. In April 1993 he believed the only way he could give the very best advice was by becoming totally independent. Since that time the company's reputation has been built on strong ethics. All staff recruitment is based on ensuring the company ethos of high service standards and customer fairness is maintained.
